This is particularly advantageous for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) aiming to cut staffing costs without sacrificing talent quality. My role was to communicate this unique selling proposition creatively and effectively across various media, helping RooCruit to differentiate itself in a crowded space.

The focus was on improving the brand's online interaction and visibility, refining the portrayal of their freelancers through quality video edits, and leading potent advertising initiatives on META platforms. The objective was to draw attention from both sides of the marketplace: businesses in need of part-time expertise and skilled professionals looking for flexible roles, facilitating a smooth connection between the two.
